Description of the QUAD PARK
The Quad Park is located in the south of Tenerife, ten minutes drive from Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The Quad Park is the only complete off road quad adventure in Tenerife with over two hundred thousand square metres of rugged terrain to explore. There are plenty of routes for all experiences, encompassing some stunning views of the island along the way.
All safety equipment is provided, and the guides are fully trained. The quads are checked over after every session by the in house engineer. No licence is required to drive the quads, and you can drive your own quad from the age of 14 and be a passenger at the age of 6.
There are two different sessions that you can have on the quads, differing in length and ability. The shortest one is for 35 minutes; this allows you to learn the basic manoeuvres of the quad around a man made circuit with ramps and moving obstacles. There are harder obstacles for drivers that already have more experience.
The other session of one hour and thirty minutes starts with the warm up and then takes you out onto the rough of the desert, where you will speed off around tight bends, up and down steep hills, and learn more complicated manoeuvres. Here you get to experience the side of Tenerife that you wouldn’t normally see whilst on holiday.
There is a small bar at the end of the tour to enjoy a cold drink and cool off before heading back to your hotel.
You are also able to take advantage of the free transport to and from anywhere in the south of the island with the quad park mini bus.
