SANTA CRUZ & TAGANANA
You are able to set off into the city and explore its many wonders such as Spanish Square, Castle Street, Anaga Avenue and many other sightseeing spots in the capital. Some of you may want to stay in Santa Cruz all afternoon, and hit the shops and indulge in a nice lunch. If this appeals to you, then at the time of booking select the Santa Cruz Shopping trip. You will then have a further 5 hours to enjoy the hustle and bustle and be picked up on the bus’ return journey.
Others of you may want to get back on the bus and escape the city, out into the more rough and rugged parts of the island. The bus ventures on to La Laguna for a brief stop at the visitor centre, and another short stop at Cruz del Carmen where you can see a lot of traditional Canarian artefacts.
You will find some original Canarian charm at the next main stop of Taganana. Here you have an hour and a half for lunch, and a walk around the pretty village. Seafood is very popular in Taganana, if you are a seafood lover, this is one of the best places on the island to sample it the Canarian way.
After the afternoon in Taganana the bus heads back to Santa Cruz passing Teresitas Beach on route to pick up the city shoppers. The bus then heads back down south and drops you back at your pick up point.
